About Me:

Hello, visitor! My name is Ayshia(she/her) and I'm a printmaker living in California. Though, I was born and raised in Louisiana and studied fine arts at Nicholls State University. 

My work mainly consists of woodblock relief prints and explores the topic of human sexuality.

I fell in love with printmaking in 2014, when I was introduced to the medium by my college professor. My focus was originally graphic design, but after taking the first introductory classes, I realized that I had no passion for it. On a whim, I took a relief print class and I haven't looked back since.
